  • An example of a Training and development programme Licence
A local training organisation developed a very successful portfolio of training courses. Having always delivered the courses themselves in the local area, they developed the courses into a copyright licence programme. This allows them to licence other training providers to also deliver the programme in different areas of the country


  • An example of an Advice and consultancy programmes Licence
A national charity developed an existing specialist advice and counselling service which they had delivered directly themselves, into a licenced advice programme for third party organisations to deliver to a range of new client groups.


  • An example of a Development toolkits, packs and books Licence
A local CVS produced a development toolkit aimed at supporting best practice approaches to equality and diversity within the workplace. The toolkit and an accompanying support programme was licensed on a geographical basis to other organisations for them to deliver the package to their own clients.


  • An example of a Web based content and tools Licence
A community based enterprise agency developed a web based library of small business resources, tailored to the needs of social enterprises and business start-ups in their sector. The web based content was licensed to web portals seeking specialist enterprise support content, including a national business start-up portal.

A regeneration organisation produced a library of development project models. The library, with a regular update and additions service, was licensed to organisations to allow them to assist others with writing bids.
